- Revised Scope of Work for additional equipment. Amendment 0002 to revise Scope of Work to include additional equipment and extend the date for receipt of proposals. The contractor shall provide all material, equipment, supplies and qualified personnel on site to install/configure a Video Tele-Conferencing (VTC) system in Bldg. 46 in the Admin Area of the Pueblo Chemical Depot, Pueblo, CO. NEW PROJECTOR WITH HDMI CONNECTIONS NEW MONITOR AND MICROPHONE FOR PODIUM The contractor shall be responsible for installation and testing of the VTC to insure operational readiness. The contractor shall include a 12 month warranty, to begin once the system is accepted by PCD. Period of performance shall be 90 days from award. This shall be structured as a fixed-price contract.
