- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to issue a solicitation for a full and open, single award IDIQ with cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price CLINS. This procurement is for updating and supporting IDS technology through its intended life cycle under the current IDS program. At a minimum, this includes the hardware components of the IDS system including required drivers, firmware, operating system, and native power management associated with the hardware platform. This requirement will be solicited in accordance with the authority of FAR Part 6.401(b) competitive proposals This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. This notice is a synopsis and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) and it is not a commitment by the U.S. Navy to procure the subject services. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or around 13 February 2018. Contract award is anticipated on approximately 14 August 2018.
