- ATTN: THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN GRANTED CARRY-OVER AUTHORITY, ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE IS END OF OCTOBER An amendment is forthcoming NLT 13 Sept 2017 4:00 p.m. central time to incorporate a new SubCLIN structure. The SubCLINS will be identified as individual sections (i.e. wing stand left side, wing stand right side, nose stand right side, nose stand left side, right side fuselage, left side fuselage, horizontal stabilizer stands, etc..). This will allow contractors to invoice on individual stand section SubCLINS as the government tests each section with our exisiting stands inventory Due to this forthcoming amendment the response date is hereby extended until 22 September 2017 2:00 p.m. central time
