- RFI Attachment 0002 Attachment 0001 The purpose of this RFI is to solicit industry feedback on the acquisition approach and industry capability for future Army Watercraft sustainment level requirements. The Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN) is conducting this research as part of a set of industry engagements in support of enhancing the Industry-Government partnership. The US Government (USG) is developing a strategy to provide the enduring services which may result in one Global Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
