- The Fleet Logistic Center, Groton, CT office intends to award a sole source purchase order to Gerber Scientific, Inc. to procure hardware and software upgrades for the DCS-2600 Cutter at NCTRF, Natick, MA. This purchase will be done under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13) and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.
