- Sole Source J&A INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE - Barrier Control Equipment BAK-H Radio Control Aircraft Arresting System The 158th Fighter Wing, Vermont Air National Guard (VTANG) intends to award a Sole Source, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) Supplies may be deemed to be available only from the original source in the case of a follow-on contract for the continued development or production of a major system or highly specialized equipment, including major components thereof, when it is likely that award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. Notice of intent to award sole source to Cambridge Park Investments LLC, DBA: Global Data Specialists (GDS), 1815 W 1st Ave Ste 110, Mesa, AZ, 85202-1147. 158th Fighter Wing ANG Base, Burlington International Airport, South Burlington, VT 05403 is the place of performance. Items to be provided are detailed in the attached Justification & Approval. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition 334220, with a size standard of 1250 employees. The Government intends to award a single Firm, Fixed-Price sole source contract to GDS, for the above referenced requirement. This is not a request for quote. No quotes or bids are being solicited by the government at this time.
