- Special Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order to CONVERGINT TECHNOLOGIES LLC for the purposes of procuring SECURITY CAMERAS to include item numbers (0586-001, GSC-OM-E-1C, 5502-321, 5506-481, XNVR200v2-SQ337955, 0543-001, 5566030, AL600ULPD8, PW-PS1270, LNL-3300, LNL-1320, 920PHRNEK000005, 1200S, 6290, 4100-32D, 1076C-N, DS160, 4461030, MISC HARDWARE, and LABOR) for the Salisbury VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC 28144. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of this particular security camera and peripherals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the specialty hand instruments may give written notice to Jackie.Bray@VA.Gov by 1:00pm e.s.t. on September 13, 2017. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NAICS Code 561621 Security System Services (except Locksmiths). Responses received from responsible sources by 1:00pm e.s.t. on September 13, 2017 will be considered by the Government.
