Description
The Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), has a requirement for a Scheduling Software License Subscription, to allow for interoperability between other hospitals and health networks. This requirement is for Scheduling Software License Subscription (AMiON Brand Name or Equal), 192 annual licenses required. BAMC needs a system in place for the synchronization and interconnectivity of scheduling for all medical centers. Software license application must be able to handle complex and simple schedules. The features required of this system must include: organization of schedules, fielding vacation requests, filling assignments, and updating schedules. The system must also be HIPAA compliant to ensure security of data and allow for secure messaging communication for all staff. The requirement for license subscription application will include: automatic platform updates, help desk and customer service support. Period of performance will be one twelve (12) month Base Year. The vendor shall provide in addition to the license subscription: platform upgrades, software patches and service pack and point updates ensuring compatibility with supported Microsoft server environments, 24 hrs/7 days a week phone support, 24 hrs//7 days a week on-site support, software updates, and correction of any errors. Delivery will be 7 days after contract award. Statement of Work below: Brooke Army Medical Center Scheduling Software License Subscription (AMiON Brand Name or Equal) 1. Scope: This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required to purchase 192 scheduling software license subscriptions (AMiON Brand Name or Equal) for Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC). 1.1 Background: BAMC has a requirement for a scheduling software license subscription (AMiON Brand Name or Equal) software application, to allow for interoperability between other hospitals and health networks. The requirement for license subscription to the software application will include: automatic platform updates, help desk and customer service support. 1.2 Place of Performance: BAMC and all attached remote sites in and around, Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. 1.3 Period of Performance: This contract shall run for one 12-month base year. 2. Requirement: Scheduling software license subscription (AMiON Brand Name or Equal), quantity of annual licenses required is 192. BAMC requires interoperability and synchronization for scheduling with other medical components in the local area. Interoperability is required to maintain critical scheduling synchronization with other hospitals to avoid degradation in services to the care of patients. Scheduling software license application must be able to handle complex and simple schedules.
