- U.S. Army Material Systems Analysis Activity (AMSAA) has a requirement for performance of analytical services associated with target descriptions, vulnerability, survivability and weapons effectiveness studies, and support to current operations for the U.S. Army. This requirement is being competed as a partial small business set aside. A total of four contracts are anticipated as a result of this solicitation; two of these contracts are being set aside for small businesses. Contracts will be awarded on an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity basis. Each contract will have a $10,000 minimum, and the maximum of all contracts is $48,000,000. This acquisition will have a five year ordering period with cost plus fixed fee and firm fixed priced task orders. The period of performance will be 31 August 2018 to 30 August 2023. Work will be performed in the AMSAA offices at Aberdeen Proving Ground MD and additionally at places to include Fort Meade, Dahlgren NS, China Lake NAS, Eglin AFB, Wright Patterson AFB, and Langley AFB. The current contract numbers are W91ZLK-13-D-0033, W91ZLK-13-D-0034, W91ZLK-13-D-0035, and W91ZLK-13-D-0036. The online version of the RFP will be posted as W91CRB-17-R-0012 and will include all documents of the solicitation. No hard copies of this RFP will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. Draft copies of this requirement have been posted on the FBO website under RFP number W91CRB-AMSAA-AS.
