Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This requirement will be Set Aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Title: Provide Annual Automatic Door preventive maintenance and emergency repair service at the North Texas VA Medical Center 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX and the Sam Rayburn Memorial VA Center, 1201 E 9th St, Bonham, TX 75418. Scope of Work: Schedule Maintenance & Inspection: Contractor shall maintain and inspect all equipment monthly, in accordance with the manufactures' recommendation. Preventive maintenance (PM) inspections shall be accomplished during each month of the contract. Service shall include but not be limited to door calibration and adjustment, tightening of door hardware, lubrication, compressor check, air-line check, and electrical line check. Contractor shall check all doors for broken class, glass guards, frame pivots, hinges, locks, and operational defects and make repairs as necessary.
