- RFQ This Request for Quote (RFQ) is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation. Service will take place on October 25, 2017. The applicable NAICS for this RFQ is 532490 - Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. The small business size standard is $32.5 million. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Please be advised that this RFQ does not commit the Government to pay any cost for the preparation and submission of a quotation. In addition, the Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally obligate the Government to the expenditure of appropriated funds in connection with this procurement. Questions deadline: All questions shall be submitted via email to Tania.Gates@noaa.gov before 3 PM eastern time on September 13, 2017. RFQ Due Date: All quotes and revisions shall be submitted via email to Tania.Gates@noaa.gov before 3:00 PM eastern time on September 15, 2017. For the purpose of establishing receipt of the proposal, the time will be established based upon the email received time.
