- The AFTC/PZIE, Eglin AFB FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm fixed price contract for Countermeasures Dispenser System (CMDS) Tester Kits under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) to DragoonITCN. The associated NAICS is 334511. This requirement is for: 5 x Countermeasures Dispenser System (CMDS) Collector #CM2-C-16; 60 X CMDS Testers #CM2-T-47; 30 x CMDS Tester to Collector Cable - 60ft #CM-W-60; 20 x CMDS Test to Collector Cable - 30ft #CM-W-30; 10 x CMDS Tester to Collector Cable - 200ft #CM-W-200; 5 x Toughbook Laptop with CMDS Software #Workstation; 5 x Transit Case for Collector, Cables & Laptop #CM-Case-1; 10 x Transit Case for up to 6 ALE-47 Testers #CM-Case-2; and 5 x Transit Case for CM-W-200 Cables #CM-Case-4 These items must be delivered to: EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 180 Days ARO on an FOB Destination basis. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes, however all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government will consider all responses received by the date and time specified by this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Questions shall be submitted electronically to nicholas.griswold.2@us.af.mil. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has not obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
