- Third Revision to the PWS. Solicitation is amended to reflect these changes. Amendment 0002 - Includes changes to the PWS and extends the Solicitation Closing Date to 18 September 2017 at 1:00 PM EST. Contractor will provide a fiber connection to base that is capable of delivering not less than 200 Megabytes on a continuous basis and with the ability to burst up to at least 400 Megabytes when given adequate advance notification. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the current router is adequate to cover the requested speeds, both the baseline of 200MBS and the possible burst to 400MBS. **SEE ALL PACKAGES AND AMENDMENTS**
