- The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to respond to industry questions as follows: QUESTION 1: Please consider changing the NAICS code 811213 with a small business set-aside standard of $11M. I do not believe that there are any Avaya Diamond Partners that are authorized by Avaya to sell to the federal government that fit this small business category. ANSWER 1: The Governmnet has determined that the NAICS code 811213 is appropriate for this requirement. QUESTION 2: For quoting purposes, can you privde the contact information (NAME, Phone, and Email) to approve offerors access to records via the Avaya CAT tool?
