Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, dated January 19, 2017. Solicitation VA262-17-Q-1846 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This procurement will be issued under as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code is 334515 and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard 750 Employees. The Government is seeking a contract to acquire SimCube Patient Simulation System Kits used the Biomed section to perform required electrical safety measurement and calibration of medical equipment. This is a name brand or equal solicitation for the following Pronk Manufactured products. All components must have the following salient characteristics SC-5+FLEXSLIMKIT SimCube Patient Simulation System 501-0309 IBP CABLE ADAPTER FOR HP/PHILIPS SL-8 SimSlim Patient Simulator with ECG, IBP SL-9H EasySim Clinical Multiparameter Simulator 501-0113 Set of Six NIBP adapters: 501-0309 IBP cable adapter for HP Merlin/Philips Simcube Salient Characteristics No Larger than 3 x 3 x 3.5 and weigh no more than 3lbs External A/C Adaptor and or Battery Operated 10 ECG snaps Accuracy of +/-1 mmHg Normal Simulation must be as follows: Hypertensive Simulation must be as follows Simulated Pressure 120/80 (97) mmHg Simulated Pressure 190/120 (142) mmHg Simulated Heart Rate 70 bpm Simulated Heart Rate 70 bpm Simulated Pulse Volume 1 ml Simulated Pulse Volume 1 ml Simulation Rates Must be as follows: Static = 0, 100, 200 Step = 0,25,50,100,150,200, 250 OXSIM FLEX CHARATERISTICS No larger than 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.25 and weigh no more than 5 oz.
