- BOISE & SHOSHONE WIFI INSTALL Amendment to address questions that were asked at the site tours. See attached document for This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number L17PS01281. This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. This solicitation is set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The Small Business Annual Receipts for the firm and its Affiliates, for the preceding three (3) fiscal years does not exceed $15 million. Pre-bid Site Tours: Vendors are encouraged to attend the Site Tours. Shoshone Office Site Tour is 9/11/17 at 10:00 am MST at the BLM Shoshone Field Office main lobby. The address is 400 West "F" Street, Shoshone, ID 83352 Boise Office Site Tour is 9/12/17 at 9:00 am MST at the BLM Boise District Office main lobby. The address is 3948 Development Ave, Boise, ID 83705 Service Contract Act applies. The line item numbers are: 0010, Boise and Shoshone WIFI InstallationLump Sum $________ Complete Job, pricing shall be all inclusive This solicitation is "All or None" Estimated Period of Performance: 09/25/2017 ¿ 11/30/2017 F.O.B. Point: Destination Usage Tax: Quotes must include all Federal, State usage, and local taxes. Quotes shall be submitted in writing on company letterhead and must include the RFQ number, the company name, point of contract, address, phone number, fax number, DUNS number. Offers are due to the BLM, Idaho State Office by 1700 MST, September 15, 2017. Fax quotes will be accepted at (208) 373-3915.
