- Price Matrix. RFP W911N2-17-R-0054 Posting of RFP as W911N2-17-R-0054 and Price Matrix. Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Hybrid Firm Fixed Price contract; with Time and Material line items for Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for Letterkenny Munitions Center's Caterpillar, and Mobile, Heavy Equipment Units. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items, necessary to perform on site preventative maintenance and all repairs to the list of heavy mobile equipment, such as Caterpillar (CAT), Terex, Hyster, etc., as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (draft PWS attached), according to the equipment manufacturer specifications, and frequency recommended. A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and two, (2) options years. The procurement will be unrestricted. The 2012 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811310, the size standard is 7.5 million dollars and the service code is JO38 and the NAICS description is Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. This will be Freight On Board, (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N2-17-R-0035 will be released on or about 22 Aug 2017, with a closing date on or about 22 Sep 2017. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
