Page 1 of 3 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, dated January 19, 2017. Solicitation VA262-17-Q-1922 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This procurement will be issued under as a SDVOSB Set-Aside. NAICS Code is 339112 and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard 1000 employee. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide PENTAX F1-10BS FIBEROPTIC INTUBATION SCOPE equipment that at a minimum meets the following salient characteristics with a brand name or equal product for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System: This solicitation contains a brand name justification for the following systems and components: FI-10BS 4 FIBEROPTIC INTUBATION SCOPES Characteristics Insertion Tube Diameter 3.5 mm Instrument Channel Diameter * 1.31 mm Working Length 600 mm Total Length 880 mm Angle of View 90 mm Focal Range 3 50 mm Angulation Up / Down 130 / 130 mm See attached SF 1449 Solicitation for further details.
