- Wage Determination Performance Work Statement Solicitation Brand Name Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Hurlburt Field has a requirement for the installation of a Vindicator security system. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to install a Vindicator 1500 alarm panel system so it is fully operational and compatible with existing Vindicator system infrastructure at Hurlburt Field, FL. The Government will provide the following : 2 ea. Vindicator 1500 alarm panels 2 ea. junction boxes 2 ea. BMS (Balanced Magnetic Switches) 1 ea. keypad The contractor shall be responsible for providing and installing the following : 1 ea. Power supply (115VAC input) 1 ea. Key Pad single door 1 ea. Module power disruption 2 ea. 12V Batteries 10 ea. 18 AMP tamper switches 1 ea. Surge Protector 2 ea. PIR Motion Detectors Additionally, please any miscellaneous hardware to facilitate alarm panel installation; in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. NOTE: Items requested shall be the specific brand name provided. Please reference the attached brand name justification. Please review and complete the attached Request For Quotation (RFQ) and provide all required information within. A site visit is being offered on Friday 15 September at 10:00AM CST. All interested companies shall submit an email with the first and last name of all participants to A1C Reed christon.reed@us.af.mil by Thursday, 14 September at 2:00PM C.S.T. The location to meet will be at the Hurlburt Visitor Center, address is 6-12 Hume Way, Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. The offerors shall provide the following: (a) Signed and dated quote; (b) The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror; (c) The CAGE and DUNS code of the offeror; (d) A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary; (e) Terms of any express warranty; (f) Price and any discount terms; (g) "Remit to" address, if different than mailing address; (h) A completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3 (see FAR 52.212-3(b) for those representations and certifications that the offeror shall complete electronically); Email responses to A1C Christon Reed at christon.reed@us.af.mil and Shataya Butler, at shataya.butler@us.af.mil. Any and all questions are due by Thursday, 14 September 2017 at 2:00PM C.S.T, and all responses are due not later than Monday, 1 8 September 2017 at 11:00AM C.S.T.
