- Request for Quote Statement of Work Wage Determination This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number FA4897-17-Q-0016 is solicited as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective 19 Jan 2017, DFARS Publication Notice 20161222, effective 22 Dec 2016, and Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular 2017-0127, effective 27 Jan 2017. EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD: The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote is the lowest price and meets the requirement. Evaluation of price will be based on the quoter's total price for all line items as delivered to the specified destination. Past Performance is not an evaluation factor for this acquisition. This requirement is not priority rated under Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: 1. Price (all line items shall be priced). The quoter's initial quote shall contain the quoter's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without correspondence, but reserves the right to correspond with contractors, if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The government reserves the right to make no award as a result of this solicitation.
