- If interested in seeing the vehicles before submitting a proposal, a non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for: Friday, Sept 15, 2017 at 10:00 am PST. 4146 Naval Air Road, Port Hueneme, CA 93041 Please contact TSgt Lance Baumberger via e-mail at lance.a.baumberger.mil@mail.mil and SSgt Chris Panoringan at cris.t.panoringan.mil@mail.mil by 2:00pm on Thursday, Sept 14, 2017 if you plan on attending the site visit. Please provide individual's names and company. To ensure access to the base, the driver of your vehicle must have a valid driver's license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance. All passengers must have a valid, government issued, photo ID. Please allow enough time to get through the security check at the gate and still be on time for the site visit. All vehicles and people may be subject to search upon entry or at any time while visiting the Air Guard Base.
