- Amendment 0001- Posted 9/12/2017 - Post Question and Answer Document. The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for Generators and Transfer Switches to include installation (and disconnection/unmounting of old items), in accordance with the attached specifications, at the Limon Hill Repeater Communication Site, and the Haxtun Substation. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized for this requirement. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 335312; Size Standard is 1,250 Employees. See attached RFQ Letter and other RFQ documents attached hereto and incorporated herein. Quotes are due by 11:30AM, Mountain Time, Friday, 9/15/2017, and should be emailed to the Contracting Officer, Joy Trujillo at: JTrujill@wapa.gov or submitted via FedConnect.
