- Solicitation, W90VN7-17-T-0026 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The procedures of FAR Parts 13, 14, and 15 may be used in this particular acquisition. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Notice to Offerors : Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
