- Wage Determinations Drawings Specifications SF-1442 Solicitation Form, Request for Quote, Bid Schedule and Clauses The USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) - Contracting Services Branch located in Nashville, Tennessee is issuing this solicitation under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13 for the 2017 Wetland Hydrology Restoration Project located in Nelson County, Kentucky. The NRCS anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract for these services. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside under NAICS Code 237990, and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $36.5 Million. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management System (SAMS) to be considered for an award of a Federal contract. USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service in Kentucky is planning to restore a wetland (Meredith Easement) located in Nelson, County, Kentucky. This project consists of restoring wetland hydrology to the proposed site in Nelson County. Approximately 12.2 acres will be cleared by mowing. 3 dikes consisting of a total of approximately 2,779 cu. yds. of earthfill will be constructed. 3 water level control structures with pipe and riprap protection will be installed. The dikes will be seeded and mulched. The limitations on borrow and waste areas are clearly defined to complement the purpose of the project. All areas outside the pool area that are disturbed during construction will be seeded and mulched. Estimated Price Range: The magnitude of the proposed construction job will be between $25,000 - $100,000 IAW FAR Part 36. Contract Performance: The approximate time to complete the project is estimated at 24 calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Additional Details: The full solicitation package has been added to include, but is not limited to the specifications, drawings and maps and is being issued as a Request For Quote.
