- The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for Landscape Service at Great Smoky Mountain National Park: Location; at The Collections Preservation Center; 8440 State HWY 73, Townsend, TN 37882: Blount County TN. The NAICS code is 561730; Landscaping Services $7.5 Size Standards in millions of dollars. This solicitation will result in a contract with a period of (90) days. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted. Required Services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to provide landscape around the building which consists of numerous mulch beds, shrubs, trees and approximately.75 acres of turf with steep banks. This acquisition consists of (1) base bid items and (04) bid Options Years. The government reserves the right to award none, any or all of the bid options in any order. The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within 60; provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 60 days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
