- The US Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District will soon solicit a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to have a Contractor produce two documents: a Draft Columbia River System Operations Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS), and a Final Columbia River System Operations Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS). All text and analysis will be Government-furnished. The scope of these services is only to include report compilation, graphics development, editing, and publishing. The period of performance shall be from date of award to 24 September 2021. The solicitation is expected to be posted in late August 2017, and quotes will likely be due 2 weeks later. Quoters must ensure registration in the System for Award Management database at https://www.sam.gov prior to any contract award.
