Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846; has a requirement to procure the following product and service: The Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) requires on-site preventive and corrective maintenance necessary to maintain properly running Phase Technology Freeze, Cloud, Pour and Antifreeze points in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Maintenance repairs shall be completed by only certified factory trained technicians and or laborers. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to Phase Technology. These services will be competed to the highest extent practicable for continuous long term services. The sole source purchase order is to bridge the previous contract until such a time that the Government has developed a new procurement requirement for solicitation. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 and the Business Size Standard is $20.5M. All responses received within fifteen businesses (15) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (DST), August 24rd, 2017.
