FOR CONTRACTOR USE: excel spreadsheet of Price Schedule ATTACHMENT 1 to PWS (Performance Work Statement) for maintenance and testing of hoists cranes scales dated 24 Jul 17 ATTACHMENT 1 to SOLICITATION FA5682-17-R-0050 'PWS for maintenance and testing of hoists cranes scales' dated 24 Jul 17 ATTACHMENT 2 to SOLICITATION FA5682-17-R-0050 'Price Schedule Hoists Cranes Scales' dated 24 Jul 17 Solicitation FA5682-17-R-0050 for Hoists, Cranes & Scales testing and maintenance services IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(A)(12), THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES DULY AUTHORIZED TO OPERATE AND DO BUSINESS IN ITALY AS PRESCRIBED BY DFARS 225.1103(3). NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES The US Government intends to solicit proposals for performance of a firm fixed price contract for maintenance of hoists, cranes and weight scales services for Aviano Air Base, Italy. Performance of the service will come into effect 01 October 2017 and will have a duration of 5 years (one basic 12-month period and four 12-month option periods) with a 6 months possible extension of services). The general requirements of the service are illustrated in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), interested parties are encouraged to read the attached PWS to familiarize with the various requirements of the service, ask questions or give suggestions. Exchanges with interested parties are highly encouraged in order to improve the understanding of the Government requirements and industry capabilities. Interested parties should provide their inputs in writing to Mr. Luca Rustja at luca.rustja.it@us.af.mil and/or to Mr. Francesco Saponaro at francesco.saponaro.it@us.af.mil no later than 24 Aug 2017, 1600 CET.
