- Overview The United States Merchant Martine Academy (USMMA) is an agency of the Maritime Administration (MARAD) managed by the United States Department of Transportation. The USMMA seeks a customized Windscreen for the USMMA Athletics Tomb Field. Place of Delivery USMMA/Department of Athletics 300 Steamboat Road Kings Point, N.Y. 11024 Period of Performance The customized Windscreen work must be performed, completed and delivered by September 15, 2017. Deliverables The Contractor is responsible for the following: • Adherence to project design and layout per the specified requirements by the USMMA Athletics Department • All customization mock-ups must be approved by USMMA Athletics Department on every item before final production. Submit uniform mock-ups no later than seven (7) days after award of contract • Provide shipping and delivery of materials to the USMMA • An itemized packing slip must be included with shipment/delivery of goods • At closure, an acceptance sign-off agreement must be signed by Athletics Director for billing to commence General • Any shipped damaged goods shall be replaced in kind, by the contractor at no cost to the Government • Any received items that do not meet the customization requirements shall be replaced in kind, by the contractor at no cost to the Government • Contractor must provide method of ‘Return' shipment of items that do not meet the specified requirements of the statement of work, at no cost to the Government Communications Maintain communication with the Athletics Director and Athletics Equipment Manager Inform these individuals of any unforseen issues, anticipated disruption in production and delivery dates or problems that arise Instructions • The government reserves the right to not award to any vendor not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award • Only quotes submitted by Small Businesses will be accepted by the Government • Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not Small Business will not be considered for award Contract Type Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Evaluation Criteria The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation deemed the lowest price technically acceptable.
