- Post-Award Limited Source Justification, Lewis McChord-2017-1, RAPIDGate and RAPID-RCx Annual Subscription Programs at JBLM and YTC. This requirement is for the annual software subscription, service, and maintenance of the RAPIDGate and RAPID-RCx programs. The RAPID-RCx program integrates with RAPIDGate and provides scanning and list matching capability to manage persons presenting DoD Common Access Cards, DoD Retired Military ID Cards, DoD Family Member ID Cards, and US & Canada Driver's Licenses at the IACP's and / or JBLM and YTC visitor centers.
