- ************SOLICITATION AMENDMENT NOTICE************ THE SMALL DISADVANTAGE VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SOLE SOURCE AWARD REQUIREMENT IS HEREBY DISSOLVED, GIVEN THAT THERE IS NO LONGER A REASONABLE EXPECTATON THAT OFFERS WILL BE RECEIVED FROM A RESPONSIBLE SDVOSB CONCERN OFFERING ITS OWN PRODUCT OR THE PRODUCT OF A SMALL DOMESTIC CONCERN. THE NON-MANUFACTURER RULE DOES APPLY FOR ACQUISITION THEREFORE THIS ACQUISITION IS HEREBY REOPENED AS UNRESTRICTED, WITH OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITIVE PROCEDURES. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This acquisition is for an Indefinite Quantity, Fixed Price contract. FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiations. The proposed procurement is for a 3 year base period with the option to extend the contract period one of more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. This acquisition will be issued as UNRESTRICTED. Award will be made on an all or none basis per NSN for the supplies covered under this contract. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
