- STATEMENT OF WORK SF18 N0017817Q0125 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017817Q0125 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to award on a brand name basis CREAFORM USA, INC. the following items; Description Part Number Quantity Go!SCAN 50 with color SYS-G3D-GO50 1 HandySCAN 700 SYS-H3D-H700 1 MaxSHOT Next|Elite System (for HandySCAN 3D) SYS-MSH-PNEH3 1 3D scanner external battery ACC-CRE-EBAT 2 Positioning Targets Magnetic with Black Contour1 X 250 ACC-CRE-PTBCM 1 The Contractor will also be responsible for on-site training at NSWCDD, training of software upgrades at NSWCDD, delivery & verification of the 3D laser scanning equipment functionality and accuracy. Please refer to the attached statement of Work for details. The primary use of this equipment is to perform 3D laser scans on articles for use in reverse engineering, deformation analysis, electronic archiving and precision surveys. Since the system is untethered from tripods or traditional mounting equipment, it allows walk-around access to all articles in addition to being able to scan articles which have an inherent vibrational movement to them; since, the system is photogrammetry based and is constantly using reflective targets to locate the scanner's location relative to the article. The requested products and support manufactured by CREAFORM USA, INC. represents the minimum requirements of the Government. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination DAHLGREN VA 22448-5114 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 22 August 2017, no later than 4:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 15 September 2017. All questions shall be submitted to the Government POC listed no later than 18 August 12:00 p.m. EST to allow ample response time before the close of the bidding period.
