- As of 9 August 2017, the Government would like to provide the following answers to questions asked about RFQ solicitation W9127N-17-Q-0047. Attachment 2 is being replaced with the correct map. Amendment 1 extends the due date for quotes. The US Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District (Corps) is soliciting a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to acquire an NRHP archaeological determination of eligibility (DOE) of 45KL328 within the John Day Project Boundaries. Site 45KL328 is located on the north shore at the confluence of the Columbia River and Alderdale Creek on land owned by the Corps. The solicitation is posted, to include one amendment. Quoters must ensure registration in the System for Award Management database at https://www.sam.gov prior to any contract award.
