- THIS SYNOPSIS IS AS OF THIS DATE, AGAIN OPENED. A NEW SYNOPSIS WILL NOT BE POSTED. AFTER ANALYSIS OF THE INTERESTED VENDOR LIST, THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED (SDV) FIRMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR PART 19.203 & 19.1405. ALL CONTRACTORS SUBMITTING A BID FOR THIS PROJECT MUST DEMONSTRATE IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM), THAT THEIR FIRM IN IN FACT A SVD OWNED BUSINESS. THIS WILL BE VERIFIED UPON BID OPENING. SHOULD A FIRM SUBMIT A BID THAT IS NOT A SDV OWNED BUSINESS, IT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REJECTED. IT IS ANTICIPATED THE NEW SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABE TO BIDDERS ON AUGUST 11, 2017.
