- Valley Forge National Historical Park - Mordecai Moore House Window and Stucco Repair PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Mordecai Moore House (Ranger's Station) Window and Stucco Repair, Valley Forge NHP, King of Prussia, PA - The work will take place at 755 North Gulph Road, Valley Forge National Historical Park, King of Prussia, PA, Chester County. This project includes but it not limited to the repair of the existing window frames and sills, the repair to the existing exterior stucco finishes, painting prep work, including scraping, sanding, caulking, puttying and cleaning as required, and painting. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive total small business set-aside acquisition limited to small business firms. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the anticipated solicitation. NAICS CODE: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $36.5M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. DURATION: The contract performance period is expected to be 90 calendar days from notice to proceed. SITE VISIT: There will be an organized site visit on Wednesday, August 2 @ 10 AM Eastern Time, participants will meet at Valley Forge National Historical Park, Administration Building, 1400 North Outer Line Drive, King of Prussia, PA 19406. See FAR 52.236-27 for additional information. ***Second Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, August 8 at 10am EST. Attendees shall meet at the same location as the original site visit.*** WAGE RATES: Davis Bacon wage rates apply and are included as part of this solicitation package.
