- CiscoPro V Block system Solicitation Number: M68909-17-Q-7619 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is M68909-17-P-7619, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a Firm-Fixed-Price commercial acquisition prepared in accordance with the format under FAR Subpart 12.6 - "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," and FAR Subpart 13.5 - "Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. Solicitation number M68909-17-Q-7619 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Change Notice 20161222. NAICS Code 334118 applies. This is an unrestricted, brand-name procurement for 5 Each UCSC240 M4S, CISCO SYSTEMS (CISCOPRO) HD, PCIe, PS, railkt. The V-Block is a converged system, pre-packaged in a single solution which provides compute, storage, networking and standard associated software licenses in a condensed rackable configuration, configured to meet the needs of the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), MCB Camp Pendleton, CA. The CISCO PRO product must be configured with the components listed on CLINs 002 through 0085. See attached SF 1449: The offeror must include a completed copy of the provision of FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items with its offer. The provisions of FAR Clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items; FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items - Deviation for Simplified Acquisitions applies to this acquisition. The offeror must include their Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size. Offers must also be accompanied by descriptive literature, delivery timeframe, warranties and/or other information that demonstrates that the offer meets all the foregoing requirements.
