Description
This is a Market Survey for the acquisition of the UHF SATCOM POWER AMPLIFIER, NSN: 5996-01-590-5030, P/N: TC-100D. The current source for supply is ELBIT SYSTEMS, 220 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, NH 03054, CAGE 0HGX8, that can produce this item. The UHF SATCOM POWER AMPLIFIER is a low noise, compact, reliable amplifier with the ability to operate remotely at the antenna. Providing 100 Watts peak envelope power (PEP) and average RF output power in selectable steps over the 290 to 320 MHz frequency range Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of this unit is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing this unit must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USA CECOM, ATTN: RDER-PRA-AB, 6007 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with units that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that this item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
