Description

The Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo NY and the Albany VA Medical center located at113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY has a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for one Medisafe Sonic Irrigator PCF w Disinfect at each location.. The service maintenance plan shall include 24hr/7day a week telephone support, on-site support with a response time (Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm) and scheduled preventative maintenance services as indicated by the manufacturer. All work shall be performed by Steris certified technicians using only new original equipment manufacturer replacement parts. The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include two option years is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Buffalo VAMC. This is not a solicitation.
