- N00164-16-G-JQ18-0006 - SOLE SOURCE - MODIFICATION / INTEGRATION OF CARGO DOORS AND SENSOR CONVERSION UNITS - FSC K016 - NAICS 336413 Anticipated Issue Date 09 AUG 2017 - Closing Date 11 SEP 2017 Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWC Crane) intends to issue Job Order 0006 under Basic Ordering Agreement N00164-16-G-JQ18, with Sierra Nevada Corporation in Sparks, Nevada, to procure supplies and services in order to perform a modification and integration effort for the Standoff Precision Guided Munition (SOPGM) Cargo Doors and Sensor Conversion Units (SCUs) on the AC-130 W/J aircraft. The Government seeks to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a sole source basis with Sierra Nevada Corporation. Period of Performance (PoP) is to begin 31 October 2017 and end on 30 October 2018. The total award amount is estimated to be $3,200,000. The overall contract ceiling for BOA N00164-16-G-JQ18 will remain unchanged. Request for proposal will not be made available through http://www.fbo.gov. The request for proposal will be provided to Sierra Nevada Corporation through electronic mail. The proposed noncompetitive contract action is anticipated to be awarded under FAR part 15, contracting by negotiations. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
