- MODIFICATION #1 UPLOAD PACKAGE: LOCATION GRAPHIC ARTIST, REPLACES PACKAGE: GRAPHIC_ARTIST-VOA NEWS MODIFICATION #2 UPLOAD PACKAGE: LOCATION VJ-SOW, REPLACES PACKAGE: VJ SOW-VOA NEWS EFFECT TODAY AUGUST 09-2017 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to establish Task Order Purchase Agreement. There will be no guaranteed minimum quantities purchased and the Government will be obligated only to the extent of authorized calls placed against the resulting Agreement. The Government intends to award one Task Order Agreement per requirement. Any resultant Task Order Purchase Agreement will be no longer than six months and option to extend for another six months, not to exceed one year. SEE ATTACHED RFQ BBG50-Q-17-0050, SOW's, and: 1 : Technical Quote (Resume ) that states in detail the Offeror's experience, qualifications and evidence of the Offeror's pertinent past performance that can be easily and quickly validated by the BBG. Dates (months/years) and locations for all field experience must also be detailed. PLEASE NOTE: Review attached Statements of Work for a description of required work product samples to submit under "Evaluation Factors/Qualifications" on Statement(s) of work. No more than three (3) work product samples must be submitted per each statement of work. 2.
