- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. No other solicitation will be issued; quotes are being requested via this notice. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated into this combined synopsis/solicitation by reference and no addenda apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for the Canon VB-H43 PTZ Network Camera Axis PN: 9902B002/Brand Name Only (Exact Match) The solicitation number is DJA-17-ASOD-PR-1094. Quantity: 81 Unit: Each NO SUBSTITUTIONS, EXACT MATCH ONLY. The vendor may not substitute any item/service listed on this order without prior written approval from the Contracting Officer. No other individual is authorized, either verbally or in writing to change part numbers, manufacturer, quantity, delivery dates, or any other specifications of this solicitation. Items/services that do not conform to descriptions and part numbers found in this solicitation will be rejected at the time of delivery causing a return at the vendor's expense. This means that quotes containing substitutions will be viewed as UNACCEPTABLE. New Equipment Only; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All quotes must be good for 30 calendar days after solicitation close date. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 423410-Photographic Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers with a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. This requirement is a set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. ATF anticipates awarding a Fixed Price (FP) type contract in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Award Type: Purchase Order This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found online at www.sam.gov. ALL REGISTRATION MUST BE "ACTIVE" AT TIME OF AWARD. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. All quote submissions must include the following: a) Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS) b) North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code c) Standard Product Code d) Contact Name e) Contact Email f) Contact telephone and fax number g) Complete business mailing address Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. Partial shipments are permitted. Quotes should be sent via email to agnes.brooks@atf.gov NLT 5:00pm EST on August 16, 2017. All requested documentation should include solicitation number DJA-17-ASOD-PR-1094. Any documentation received after the stated due date/time will not be addressed or accepted. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted. Questions in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to agnes.brooks@atf.gov by 11:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST) on August 14, 2017, to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions submitted after that date/time will not be addressed.
