Description
COMAR Debarkation Ladder Or Equal This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to make one (1) award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-17-Q-0028 - COMAR Debarkation Ladder or Equal, for the US Army Corps of Engineers St. Louis District, Physical Support & Service Base, and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 dated 19 January 2017. This requirement is being solicited 100% Total Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423860, Transportation Equipment and Supplies (Except Motor Vehicle) Merchant Wholesalers, with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Offeror Technically Acceptable. Offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. PLEASE ENSURE TO COMPLETE THE ATTACHED BID PACKET UPLOADED WITH THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. The following provisions apply to this RFQ: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial and FAR 52.212- 3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items. Note: 52.212-3 shall be completed in the offerors System for Award Management (SAM) record. All interested parties MUST be registered in SAM in order to receive a contract award.
