- (SOW) Statement of Work (RFQ) Request for Quote The 700 Contracting Squadron, Kapaun Air Station, Germany, hereby publicizes its intention to issue solicitation RFQ F3N0487165A001 to solicit quotes for non-personal services to furnish three(3) passenger vehicles for the period of 08 September 2017 - 07 September 2018 provided to the following: Deployment Transition Center, Building 850, Ramstein Air Base, Ramstein-Miesenbach 66877, IAW the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) order to satisfy this requirement. This requirement is being solicited as a Request for Quote (RFQ); submission of a quote does not guarantee receipt of an award. Award will be made based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). To be considered technically acceptable and for award, the offeror must conform to all solicitation requirements meet all the requirements specified in the SOW. The anticipated issue date for the Request for Quote (RFQ) is on the 8 August 2017, with the anticipated receipt of quotes on 16 August 2017. The Government plans to use the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website and email as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documentation will not be made available. Confirmed dates and additional information will be provided in the RFQ. Any questions relating to this RFQ can be asked untill 14 August 2017 and will be answered and posted on FBO by Tuesday, 15 August 2017.
