- modified the solicitation to include the technical question A technical question was asked. the questions is: 5.0 General Acceptance 5.1 The Contractor will be granted General Acceptance upon tank installation verification and verification that no fluid leaks are present after 48 hours of being filled with 967 gallons of concentrated 37% wt. hydrochloric acid (specific gravity of 1.19) mixed with 500 gallons of water. What will the testing and production temperature be for the solution in tank? The answer is: The ZP-40 tank runs at ambient room temperature. The tank solution is neither heated nor chilled
