- Description
- J&A Pyxis Maintenance. Notice of Intent to extend maintenance agreement for Pyxis Medication Dspensing Systems. J&A- The 325th Contract Squadron, intends to exercise FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The contract will be extented for six months to Carefusion Solutions, LLC for a maintenance agreement for Pyxis products. The announcement constitutes the only notice. The refernce number is F4A4007208AQ01. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811219. This contract provides the following: all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and parts, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide remedial and/or preventative maintenance and software updates as needed for the Pyxis System. This purchase extension will be made under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.302 and other than full and open competition as authoried by FAR 13.106-1(b) & FAR 6.302-1(a). This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirment based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
