- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to furnish a multi-terrain loader, trailer, general purpose bucket, and tie-down chains & binders. The vendor shall quote the attachment options listed, with the some, all or none of the options to be exercised by the Government at the time of contract award. All items shall be quoted FOB destination, Leech Lake Recreation Area, Federal Dam, MN. This solicitation is unrestricted. Vendors of any size my submit quotes. Equipment must meet or exceed salient characteristics and performance specifications listed in the Statement of Work. These specifications include: Multi-Terrain Loader Rated Operating Capacity - (35%) min. 2,300 lb (50%) min 3,250 lb Travel Speed - 2 speed with top speed at least 7.6 mph Engine - Min. 70 HP Diesel meeting EPA Tier 4 final emission standards High Flow Hydraulics Tracks - Rubber Tracks - min. width 16", no more than 4.5 PSI Ground Pressure Cab - ROPS/FOBS Level 1, with Poly-Carb door, heater, defroster and A/C Quick Coupler Attachment Adjustable Dual Joystick Controls w/ foot pedal Throttle Suspended Undercarriage with Oscillating Bogie Wheels Loader must be compatible with the following 2016 Bobcat attachments in the USACE inventory: Power Rake (Soil Conditioner, 72-in. Hydraulic Angle and Depth for High Flow machines) - PN 7135944 Brush Cutter - 72" Brushcat (HF) - PN 7233002 9" Auger - 30C Auger Drive Unit - PN 6809445 86" Snow Blade - Heavy Duty - PN 7207861 84" Angle Broom - PN 6905806 Trailer Drop deck style, tandem axle trailer Min. 12,000 lb load rating Min. length - 20' 2-5/16" Ball Hitch Coupler Tie Down Chains & Binders 2 - 5/16" transport chains, 20' long 4 - 5/16" transport chains, 10' long 4 - steel ratchet binders for 5/16" chain General Purpose Bucket 72" (+/- 3") wide General Purpose Bucket Bolt-on cutting edge Option Attachments Vendor shall provide pricing for the following list of attachment options: Broom - Hydraulic Angle Broom - min 83" sweeping width Industrial Grapple Fords - 72" width, with 2 cylinders Pallet Forks 72" Hydraulic Angle Blade Heavy Duty Brush Mower - 72" cut width, high flow hydraulics, 3" cut capacity Stump Grinder - High Flow Hydraulic, min cut depth 12", 22" diameter Loader, trailer and attachments must be of a make and model that can be serviced by an authorized dealer's service center located within 150 miles of Federal Dam, Minnesota. Offeror must provide service center information with quote. Vendor shall provide hand-on training/familiarization session with site staff upon delivery.
