- Acquisition is for NSN:2040-015495222, Shaft Seal Assembly, being bought in accordance with a code and part number: Cage: 0EYA6 - P/N: US75818-01. The total quantity required is eight (8) units, delivery of 150 days. Items are shipping to W25G1U (Susquehanna), FOB origin (First Destination Transportation), inspection/acceptance at destination. The proposed contract is an unrestricted acquisition. The small business size standard is 1000 employees for NAICS 336612, Boat Building. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
