- See Attachment Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, equipment, supplies, and all other items and services necessary to repair and upgrade four sets of ITCN Countermeasures Dispensing System (CMDS) Timing Testers. The Contractor shall perform the repairs/upgrades in accordance OEM standards and in accordance with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations. (Please see attached Statement of Work)
