Please see the attached SIR and respond by the closing date of the announcement. Please be advised this is a total Set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Please read the SIR in it's entirety. Submit the Signed SIR; completing the Schedule B and all associated fill-ins in the SIR along with the proposal and all other requested documentation and information located in the SIR.
