- 94th Contracting Flight, Dobbins ARB is conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential firms that have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities required for installation of underground fiber optic cable and manholes. The purpose of this requirement is for a contractor to engineer, furnish, install, label and test (EFI&T) ~11,150 feet of Single Mode (SM) Fiber communication cables from new the Communications Shelter to 16 different buildings on the North Side Complex at Dobbins ARB, GA. In addition, a new manhole shall be installed in front of the Communications Shelter.
